Find out about the ‘etiquette’ in your school/country on sharing information of pupils.
To use and publishing a photograph, film, sound or text on the web can imply a violation. You have to consider the following:

• The sensitivity of the information.
• What context the information will be found in.
• For what purpose it will be published.
• What the publication may lead to.

Don´t forget to take in consideration to the pupil and ask for permission to take pictures, record sound/film. If you get permission ask how to use and for how long.

Laws

Every country, every institution will have its own rules and regulations regarding the use of photos, videos, copyright, software and so forth. We kindly ask you to make your own enquiries, be vigilant regarding software and freeware copyright (read the small prints) and abide the rules at all times. Thank you.
